POLICIES

Shipments: Unless otherwise noted, orders generally ship within 5 business days. Please note during the Holiday Season packages can take anywhere from 7-10 business days to ship! Please view the item description as some items may still be in production and will not be shipped until a later date. Be Still Clothing Company will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Returns: We want you to love your Be Still items but understand that sometimes items need to be returned for various reasons (wrong size, color, etc.). We accept exchanges within 15 days of your purchase if the item is in original condition with tags still attached. (ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS!!- No returns OR exchanges will be accepted!) Please send the item directly to Be Still Clothing Company at 26858 Banbury Dr., Valley Center CA 92082. As soon as your item is received we will issue you a code for the value of your original item to be used for store credit.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges. Please note that we can not guarantee we will have the item you purchased available at the time of exchange as our inventory fluctuates on a daily basis.

Exchange Rate: PLEASE note that all our prices are in US dollars.

Sales: ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS (meaning no returns or exchanges)!!  Due to the high volume of orders we get during a sale we are not be able to alter or cancel any orders after they have been placed. Discounts CAN NOT be applied to previously placed orders!

Restocking Items: We try our best to advertise when new or returning items will be back in the store. However, please understand that we rely on wholesalers and printers and can often not provide an exact date. As soon as we know, we will be sure to announce on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
